Symptoms that may appear when heart attack comes
Symptoms in adults:
Chest pain: Chest pain is the most common symptom that seen in heart patients. Chest pain comes usually from the center of the chest; it may last for more than a few minutes or comes and goes. May feel like pressure from the inside of the chest. During this pain, always not from pain it may be felt in other areas of the upper body, such as the jaw, shoulder, one or both arms, back, and stomach area.

First Aid
Do.
=>Have the person sit down, rest, and try to keep calm.
=>Loosen any tight clothing.
=>Ask if the person feels any chest pain medication for a known heart condition.
=>Help the person take the medication (usually nitroglycerin, which is placed under the tongue).
=>If the pain does not go away promptly with rest or within 3 minutes of taking nitroglycerin, call for emergency medical help.
=>If the person feels strong pain in the chest and other upper body parts, then get the medication immediately.
=>Have the person sit down, rest, and try to keep calm.
=>Loosen any tight clothing.
=>Ask if the person feels any chest pain medication for a known heart condition.
=>Help the person take the medication (usually nitroglycerin, which is placed under the tongue).
=>If the pain does not go away promptly with rest or within 3 minutes of taking nitroglycerin, call for emergency medical help.

DO NOT.
=>Do NOT leave the person alone even if you go to call for help, if necessary.
=>Do NOT allow the person to deny the symptoms and convince you not to call for emergency help.
=>Do NOT wait to see if the symptoms or/and pain go away.
=>Do NOT give the person anything by mouth unless a heart medication (such as nitroglycerin) has been prescribed.

Adults should take some steps to control heart disease risk factors whenever possible. If you smoke…then you know smoking doubles the chance of developing heart disease. Do you have blood pressure problems, cholesterol, and diabetes …? Then keep them in good control and follow with your doctor's orders.
If you are a fat person then try to loss weight. The best way to prevent heart attack and symptoms is “regular exercise” that will improve your heart health. (Talk to your doctor before starting any weight loss or new fitness program.)
Limit the amount of alcohol you drink. I want to tell you that please avoid alcohol; you can live some more days in earth. Only drink if you feel that is necessary. Try to drink only one in a day it will reduce the rate of heart attacks, but two or more drinks a day can damage the heart and also may cause other medical problems.
